This shadow puppet theater was built for the University Child Development School, to be auctioned off at their annual fundraising gala.  The plywood panels that make up the walls are painted with two coats of magnetic primer and two coats of chalkboard paint, allowing the theater to be decorated any number of ways to meet the needs of whatever story is being told.  The white shadow screen can be removed, making the structure equally well suited for conventional hand puppets.  A built-in pulley system gives the performer the ability to draw the red show curtain open and closed..
